• Crafted from 100% Mulberry Silk Satin, this fabric features a naturally delicate surface. Slight variations and fine silk characteristics are part of its authentic beauty.
• To maintain its softness and shine, avoid prolonged friction and allow the silk to air dry naturally after washing. A gentle steam treatment can help restore its smooth appearance.
• Due to the natural properties of silk fibers, slight shrinkage (approximately 3%) may occur after washing. This is within the normal range for premium silk fabrics and is not considered a quality issue. We recommend choosing a slightly larger size if you prefer a more relaxed fit.
• Mulberry silk is a delicate natural fiber and may be more prone to snagging compared with synthetic fabrics. Please handle with care. Due to hygiene reasons, washed items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Please inspect the product carefully before washing. Once washed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to personal care product standards.
SILK CARE GUIDE
Mulberry silk is a delicate, natural fiber known for its exceptional softness, smooth texture, and beautiful luster. With proper care, your silk piece will remain soft, elegant, and comfortable for years to come.
• For first-time silk care, we recommend professional dry cleaning to help preserve the fabric’s natural beauty and delicate structure.
• If hand washing is preferred, gently wash with a silk-specific detergent in cold water. Wash separately by color and avoid soaking for extended periods.
• Handle with care during washing. Avoid twisting, wringing, scrubbing, or stretching, as excessive friction may damage the delicate silk fibers.
• After washing, gently press out excess water with a clean towel and allow the silk to air dry naturally in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat, which may affect the silk’s softness and color.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects, rough surfaces, or accessories that may cause snagging or pulling.
• Please inspect your item carefully before washing. Due to the delicate and personal nature of silk sleep accessories, items that have been washed or improperly cared for cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
